You’ve seen the movie, now watch the blood flow LIVE on the Imperial stage. “Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd” sings the chorus as it ebbs and wanes like an amoeba in this dark tale of revenge and death. A Tony award-winning musical with a book by Hugh Wheeler and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, it is based on the 19th-century legend of Sweeney Todd, and specifically upon the 1973 play by Christopher Bond.
